Paliperidone, possibly 2007-8Depression: Desvenlafaxine, possibly 2007
Vilazodone, relicensed, Phase III
Wish there were more out there too -- there are new ideas on the horizon but things like NK1 receptor agents and other drugs are a ways away at this point.Paliperidone I believe is a continuous delivery metabolite of Risperdal. Desvenlafaxine, usual patent extension probably, but maybe the metabolite will be different for some people.
