Serax/Oxazepam

Hey I was wondering if anyone had any information, knowledge or experience to share regarding this drug..... I know its not the most fashionable of benzos, but its the only one I've got! I haven't taken any yet, you see.
I'm not entirely sure I will - I've never taken a benzo before. What can I expect?
What are the side effects? I'm rather scared about it all, thinkinh I'll be addicted to benzos for the rest of my life, or suffer from respirtatory depression or something and die.
