If this is true it would probably be under the same lockdown as Xyrem considering its street value. Its a dissociative anaesthetic not unlike PCP which is used legally in veterinary anaesthesia and mostly (human) pediatric procedures. In diverted doses it can make someone enter a "K-Hole" and forget who they are and all sorts of nasty things. Though it is schedule III for managed care, I highly doubt it would barely reach schedule II for depression purposes.
