I am at a social right now- i dont know what to do

Listen,
Right now im at a friends house, im in the back paniciking, i dont know what to do. I dont know what to say. I think im going to make up somehting that can get me home. I cant take it.
I left my Xanax bottle at home. I dont know what to say, everyone is talking, i dont know what teh hell to say. I feel im trapped inside.
Help! god! im in the computer room right now. Oh god, where is the window i think i will jump out of it.
Listen by the time you read this post i will probaly be gone. My mind is racing i feel i need to take a stimulant to talk or something.
I need help.
