I'm exhausted. But i've finally reached
the plateau. I really thought i had
a brain tumour for a while.

I would guess (no knowledge
of psychopharmacology here) that the lithium
had to go UP not down to reach this state.
The clonazepam is important for that too.
Is it possible that the feeling of "brain on
fire, axe/cluster headache" is a result of the manic state of bipolar depression? Or is it the decrease of the drug levels? Has anyone felt this
when there is an interruption in their med
routine?

I've been so lucky so far.
