You can get sulfite-free wine at places like Whole Foods, but they may have natural sulfites anyhow (sometimes the bottle says so). Some people are very sensititive to sulfur compounds.

Thanks for your input Phillipa but i have not had a menopausal symptom now for 4 years -- i had a really easy time of it except for hot flushes for a year.
