What do you do when your mind goes from pos to neg

All day and all night my mind changes from having hope to not having hope. It's driving me crazy and exhausting me. As no one can really tell me whats wrong. First it's anxiety , then major depression, then thyroid, then calcification of breasts, then diverticulitis and the list won't stop and my husband wants my savings as he's out of money cause I can't be alone the pay the houshold bills.
