Drugs.com interaction checker mentions nothing other than not drinking orange juice (!) with atenolol noting the peak plasma can be reduced by nearly 50%.
30mg of sudafed is a child's dose. 60mg is an adult dose, and even at that is only useful in some people. I have found use for minor ear pain/congestion due to some odd sinus issue or other. At times I may have to actually take propranolol to counteract the heart/anxiety issues but usually not.
I've never used the stupid Sudafed PE but from what I've heard netwise from sinus sufferers is that it is useless. &*&@ meth people. I've stockpiled a small quantitiy of regular pseudoephedrine for the day that even the left coast turns it into a prescription drug.[end soapbox]
