It sounds as if your doctor gave up. That isn't being fired. Find a doctor who is comfortable working with people that other doctors can't treat.
Right noew I see a professor who does active research and writing omn the condition taht I see him for. the good thing is that means he is very uptodate on treatment choices and able to see his patients as individuals who need different treatment for eth same condition.
> How do I actually tell the next one that I got fired for being too hard to medicate? I will admit that I get the stupid s/e's that nobody else gets. I can't help it. It's not like I jump up and down for joy when a med that was starting to work starts with bad s/e's.

He told me that he was going back to school and was going to quit seeing patients so I needed to find a new doctor. I did and obviously didn't cancel my last appointment with him. I am now STILL not allowed to see anyone there.I've even offered to pay the full, unreimbursed cost of the visit up front so if I don't show they have MORE money than they would if they charged a cancellation fee. They won't even do that.
