Nardil with Adrafinil?

I tried Adrafinil in the past with quite good results.
I'd love to combine something with Nardil, to counteract the lazyness and sleepiness!
Unfortunatly I've heard of at least one hypotensive crisis from this combo!
Does anyone have any comments?
