So now i am on Zoloft 100 mgs., Lyrica 600 mgs., Klonopin 1 mg. b.i.d., and Trazodone 200 mgs. at bedtime. And honestly this is the best i have felt in a year.

Well, i'm not really sure it was "causing me to not feel good," but i am sure, towards the end it wasn't helping me. The EMSAM induced insomnia was getting progressively worse, and this in turn caused my depression to worsen. I actually think when i felt it was the EMSAM making me feel better in the beginning, it was actually the Lyrica that i am on that made me feel better. When my Doc took me off the EMSAM, i immediately began to feel better ( i think because the Lyrica was working). Bottom line , for me, EMSAM was not a good med, and Lyrica is the best med i have been on in 26 years. Remember, i said "for me". Best of Luck to you. :)
