Chiron, i would say most definantly that too high of a dose can have bade effects. Some believe that it will only raise the side effects, but from personal experience, i experience different.

I'm a low dose responder. My doc kept/keeps pushing me to go up, first on paxil, then celexa/lexapro. I found as i went lower and lower, my beneficial effects got better and better.

In my opinion, yes, too high of a dose can have adverse effects, not just more side effects.
