Re-reading your post, yeah I would have to say that the nausea is a s/e of the prozac (and possibly the focalin isn't helping). Well thats what happened with me anyway - I got bad nausea like I said before, although I was never sick - very close to being sick, but still.

I don't know. What does your doc say about all this? To me, I would see the doc because obviously something isn't right if he's being sick and passing out. And focalin and prozac seem to be a curious choice together (but then, I'm no MD!).

Ginger helps with nausea. Perhaps try a simple ginger herbal tea in the morning and see how your son feels?

Yeah, I would see the doc. Passing out and being sick aren't too good.....
