Possibilities......
1. Switch to Inderal LA 120mg
2. Try taking Inderal LA 60mg twice daily (might be expensive)
3. Switch to generic propranolol (not controlled release) and take a small dose several times a day eg. 20mg three times a day - this would probably be very inexpensive
