Restarting Nardil

I've been on Nardil for about 2 months now, and I ran out of my meds. I had to reduce the dosage for a week, then go another week with none at all. I started at 90 mg about 2 weeks ago, and have only felt minimal effects. My question is, how long is it going to take to kick back in again?
