Q before going to pdoc ... Blueberry, SLS, YXibow

Blueberry and SLS, you have mentioned that you think that my obsessive anxiety may be some form of mania. I am going to a new pdoc tomorrow and how should I explain what you all are talking about, that I may have some mania? How do I word it to the doc? And anything else you think I should mention?
