I am bipolar II. I am on Lamictal, prozac and utlram (which has antidepressant properties) I am still have quick anger, irritability and anxiety. I dont like taking things to calm me down, i always feel slightly depressed from them. I really need to stop with the irritability and anger. I have been screeming at my 7 year old and I feel really bad about it. Any suggestions?
