Hi Willyee.
The combination that worked for me was:
Parnate 60mg
desipramine 150mgI took desipramine twice a day and spread out the doses of Parnate throughout the day to minimize orthostatic hypotension. You can take both drugs at the same time.
For insomnia, I took both Halcion and Ativan. I don't remember what the dosages were.
Are you thinking of using this combination?
