dexedrine/amphetamine absorption questions

Hi-
I recently started on dexedrine spansules. I've read that with amphetamines, acid decreases absorption(both in stomach and intestine) while alkaline increases it.
I am also taking vitamin C (acidic) and magnesium (alkaline) supplements.
How far apart must these supplements be taken from the time dexedrine is taken?
Suppose dexedrine is still being absorbed say at 6pm (pill is probably still in the intestine somewhere). Will taking my magnesium supplement then force it to stay in the system longer??
