I cant agree or disagree there,when i say ramp up,the most i prob went was 150 in a single day,not over a stretch,and the single day i felt horrable but i again did not pursue this dose,i already always end up short for my parnate refill monthly and have to be creative for the last week or two im not on it or on it at a EXTREMLY low dose of like 1 - 2 tabs.
Do you feel this high of a dose is more therputic,or did u see a recreational effect,if so do you plan on ending up on a dose such as that if u were to go back to parnate.
Id be willing to try a high dose such as that if i had something to make me feel it was reasonable,id be able to get from my doc the means ,id love to know ur answer on this as i do feel like a lot of times my current dose are m&ms and my body is just totaly washing it away!
