> KrisThe way they have this labeled or whatever is what is misleading and confusing. It is acutally a 20mg dose when they say 6mg (why why why, someont tell me I don't understand that) so since it is 20 mg it is non selective and does deanimate MAO A allowing more seratonin in the system. This is why I worry about taking the 5 HTP your doc suggested. I have not heard back from anyone saying that it makes them as apprehensive as it does me but I don't trust any pdocs, any docs for that matter, I have to do my own research before I will listen to what they say is ok.
