I dont rember if I took my meds, what should I do?

I just don't know. I don't think I took them last night.
Is something bad going to happen if I didn't take my 50mg Celexa and 0.75mg Risperdal last night?
I wonder how many times I've forgotten in the past?
Aaaahhh, I'm freaking out because of exams! That's probably why I forgot.
