I don't understand this, you've been on a Benzo for thirty five years and now he wants to take you off of it? Why? What the hell's the point? I just don't get this. Hmmm...what to do?
Be honest with him, tell him you've tried reducing it or going off of it before and you were MISERABLE! See how he reacts to this, if he's unsympathetic, i'd start looking around for a dif pdoc.
