I agree with your doc and fenix...too much anxiety can ruin your life-I know that from experience. So if taking a pill makes you feel better (even if it is additive) for me anyway who cares! I'd rather take a chance with addiction than be miserable!! Benzos have improved the quality of life for me more than any other meds. period. Best of Luck.
