My doctor did not want to prescribe an anti-hypertensive. He said none of his colleagues prescribe them, although I know some on this board do carry them. For blood pressure monitoring I have a Omron HEM-637. It is very easy to use and I got it on Ebay for like 60 dollars I think. I got it before I started Nardil so I was able to get a baseline blood pressure reading. good luck.
