just take it at bedtime, just like any drug, when u are initially tired immediately after taking it for a few hours.

I think you're over-thinking this a bit... I took this at 10mg/day, no problems, it actually made me not tired at all-- mostly, from it letting me crawl out of an extremely deep depression, augmented with 45mg of Lexapro.

I now just take Lexapro, 45mg/day, but took Selegiline after Lexapro wasn't doing anything for me for 3 months.

I took the Selegiline for 6 months straight, combined with PLPA, at 1500mg. PLPA is found in foods, and is synergistic to the Selegiline.

Anyhow, if it's still a problem, which I doubt it will be once you take it at night, take some Provigil to augment with it.

Docs prescribe Provigil all the time for drugs that cause somnolence, mostly because most drugs only cause somnolence while your body first adjusts to it.

But I don't think that matters for you, since you say it's only making you sleepy for a few hours. This happens with many, many meds, and no, no one knows why this happens.

Also, any drug hits so many different sites of your brain, please don't worry about where and why your brain regions are being effected.

If it were true, then everyone would get the same result. Unfortunately, it's likely a combination of many, many, many different brain regions, you, your DNA, your expectation of drug effect, your sleeping habits, and your time of ingestion during the day.

take it at night, and it's all good.
