I think you need to start taking your OxyContin four times a day - every 6 hours. For many people, it simply doesn't last as long as it's supposed to. You should discuss this with your doc. At the moment, you're taking 60mg three times a day (total of 180mg per 24h). Why not try taking 40mg four times a day? (every 6 hours)
