Absolutely not true.(Excessive) Catabolism takes place in the first month....then after that the liver settles down and the dose levels out.
Contrary to benzo-phobes....the common tendency for sensible benzo users is to LOWER their dose over time!!!!
You might want to try adjusting your sleep schedule with what you're taking now, and then work on tapering the meds a bit. As for you anger...I wouldn't take seroquel, or add anything, really; just go easy on antidepressants and stimulants, and avoid excessive benzos (they can unleash pent up rage).
