Ok, its 5:20am and im just woke up

Currently i take
Temazepam 30mg
Clonazepam 2mg nightly
Ok, i cant go back to sleep.
I feel like I took some Halcion and having withdrawl.
Should i really consider just going back to normal sleep patterns?
