I don't really agree with the above.

Let's say I'm more of a behaviorist, i think that my problem and probably many other people's problem's are mainly biologically situated.
And i don't think therapy can adjust the biology (at least not profoundly).

ALTOUGH therapy is probably indispensible for many people, agreed.
