Also, sanofi-aventis does patient assistance applications over the phone. From their Ambien website:
"For all other (US) sanofi-aventis Pharmaceuticals Rx products, if you are inquiring about prescription drug assistance or patient Rx discounts, please contact the sanofi-aventis US Patient Assistance Center at 1-800-221-4025.
