I'm not completely sure, but I think that the rash may be due to raising the Risperdal dose. I think that Risperdal by itself would not cause a rash. But Lamictal is more prone to cause a rash when taken with certain other medications.
I guess your options would be reducing the Lamictal; reducing the Risperdal, or reducing both but by not as much.
But I'm not an expert on this.
