Dinah,
I got itchy red dots on my upper arms and thighs after being on Lamictal at 75 mg for six weeks or so. It definitely started late, not when I first got to that dose. Now my pdoc says it's not related, but it got better when I lowered to 50 mg and came back after about two weeks back at 75 mg.

The nasty rash is one that blisters and burns, I think. Lamictal can cause other rashes that aren't as serious, and can be treated with typical dermatological stuff. Can you get a doc to check it?
