Hi Denise,
I tried Paxil, Zoloft, Noratryptilene, Trilofon, Parnate, Trazodone, Xanax, Wellbutrin, Elavil, and a variety of others with absolutely no succsess or even an inner feeling like it would help me. Even tho Nefazodone/Serzone is not the 1st weapon of choice to combat Major Depression from Doctors, it WAS and IS the first line for me, and I am sure many others - and a God Send as far as I was concerned to help get me out of that AWFUL Mental Abyss. And the odd part is I never went higher than a lousy 200mg a day, considered by many yo not even be therapeautic (300mg a day is the reccommended therapeautic dose) But I am living proof that for me it worked.
