Hey Tony- I've been trying any and all AD's for years for a nasty chronic depression. The only things that have ever worked have been Nardil and Dexedrine. I recently went on the Nefazadone. I started kinda high, I suppose. By the fifth day I was up to 400mg, and I was noticing a difference. Then I had an absolutely glorious day on 500mg- full remission, acess to my mind finally. That went away after two days, and then it seemed to make me worse (social phobia through the roof, impaired cognition/confusion, agitated depression). These symptoms got worse when I increased the dose to +600mg. I was wondering if you had any dosing suggestions, or if you had similar experiences when starting the med. I'm wondering if I should have stayed on it longer to get a lasting relief. After the two great days I felt totally miserable , but maybe I pulled out on it too soon, and I was experiencing a "storm before the calm"??. Thanks.
