I wake in the morning, feel fairly decent, take my dose, then a few hours later start getting blah, and then actually get depressed for an hour or two, and then I feel perfectly fine in the evening. It repeats every day. The only thing I can think of is that it is the lexapro.

Me too. I am living for the hour or two at night when I feel human. Except it's not worth it. I'm very depressed right now. The Luvox trial was awful worse than awful the worst I've felt in 20 years and I've only been back on Celexa for 5 days. Now I'm scared it won't work.
