~~~ Hi Ms. Sarah,
> Hi. Why did you say to stay away from deep research? Do you mean research on the drug?~~~ Yes. That may just be a factor for me but hyperviligence and catastrophic thinking hallmark part of my mood disorder. When I'm at a vulnerable place - unwell and unsure, I'm easily swayed to the negative. Here's a copy of what I wrote in an above post:
[ Also, at startup, I KNEW I would be really influenced by ANYTHING negative so I limited my time reading and posting here and other boards like this. I also limited doing a lot of research on Lex. I had a good basic understanding of the "working" of the med. Pouring over lists of SE's and failure stories would not be good for me. I knew I was at a point of vulnerability and it would not take much to have me give up at the first blush of experiencing stuff I didn’t like. ]
> Also, I forgot. . . Do you take the Lexapro at night or in the morning? When I tried it at night, I couldn't sleep, and when I took it during the day, I felt too spaced out.
~~~ I've tried both. I find it a bit activating and like using taking it in the AM.Best,
Glydin
