It certainly causes a rebound depression for many (myself included) which can last up to a week or longer. I feel its had much longer lasting effects on myself, and at least added to my mental health problems. Whether its actually caused any of it is hard to tell, but I did used to push it way over the top with those sort of drugs. I dont take anything any more.

I dont think taking the occasional E from time to time is going to hurt anyone, as long as it is MDMA and there aren't other complications (allergy, other meds or street drugs, existing mental problems, etc).

Regards, Kev.
