I didnt find stelazine anything like melleril. Stelazine is a high potency and low sedating antipsychotic whilst melleril is low potency and high sedating. I wish I could recommend you a drug which was exactly like melleril since I have been trying to find one myself. The closest I have come so far is pericyazine (neulactil) though its more sedating and less anxiety reducing than melleril. I found chlorpromazine (thorazine/largactil) to be pretty unlike it too.
