Overcoming a mental disorder Mind over Matter

Posted by rjlockhart98 on September 11, 2005, at 1:45:56

Medications are given to treat abnormalties, many people have to have many medications to have some what of a balance, which is understandable.

Under two conditions i belive: Natural inbalance caused from heritary, or simple malfunction, or a circumstance in life that creates stress, or trama.

But sometimes i feel lost in my disorder, and i have no control over it. Depression, anxiety, going crazy. I have to have mediciation.

Is there some way you can set your mind to CONTROL what is normal by making mental goals?

Stimulant medications im afraid might in the long term disable me. I want to have control, ambition, drive. I talk to myself inside "hows it going" "you CAN do this"

I belive it can with help from medications, but people really sometimes dont WANT to have the drive sit and think of self correction inbalance. Its HARD.

Overcoming anxiety is mindmapping, you scale out what is happening and a solution.

Depression is rather hard, even though it seems simple, this is Goal making. The hard part is motivation.

I have learned that having a structured mind leads to mental stablity, since i have suffered with going crazy for long time.

If you start having a structured mind with your subcoucious mind helping with creating goals in getting you out of something. Find a solution, not the problems.

I have read many books because of mental instablity.

Is this understandable?

You can do it.

Matt
