From the little you've told us, I'd say that it's more than just the drug here. Sounds as though your sister is in a very difficult situation, without adequate support to help her through it. On top of that, it could be that she might be a bit bipolar, which would explain why the AD is limiting her control over her outbursts.

My best advice is to try to talk to your sister, and ask if there's anything you can do to help her. Or, if you don't have that sort of relationship with her -- I'm an only child, don't know much about sibling relationships -- talk to your mother about getting Sis into therapy. A good therapist can help determine if this is biological or psychological or both.
