My problem with the "extreme caution" is that here in the US they just seem bent on getting you off of it - nevermind if it has been working for you forever - you MUST taper off and stop taking it. If a person isn't abusing it, then I don't get this way of thinking, as there are so many other drugs that cause lasting side effects out there that no one is insisting you wean yourself off of.
