Thanks for replying! Yes, it is pretty crazy the absolutely SCARY stuff they prescribe to keep from giving you Valium or Xanax or Klonipin, etc.

I have issues with that sort of thinking. It's like I explained to my Dr. this week - I don't have an addictive personality, why am I going to have to suffer because other people do and have abused these meds?

This was my first brush with an anti-psychotic and my last. Thankfully these were sample packs that he gave me and I can just give them back on Monday - it was just very icky stuff. Can't imagine making myself feel that way ON PURPOSE.

...And if my doctor's reading this: I took a Xanax tonight instead - just one... really, it WILL be okay. :)
