Imipramine versus desipramine

I think i did not press the right
button to send my message previously;
To any phychopharmacologists here,
What is the Desimpramine equivalent of 150mg Imipramine? Suppose a person has been taken
of Imip. 150mg and put on 200mg Desip. how
long can one reasonably expect depression
to lift?
