I don't know about the 2nd question, but I do know that it is theoretically okay to stop Lamictal quickly. (I tapered off in 2-3 days, but it wasn't helping me at all).
Also, if you stop it, you have to do the slow, gradual increase like you did the 1st time to get back to your dose. Actually, I think that at this point, you've been off of it too long to start right back at your dose of 200. You should probably call your pdoc and ask what to do. Some people add a benzo to help w/ withdrawal probs (in general, don't know specifically for Lamictal)
Do you intend to get off of Lamictal?
