Help! Lamictal Withdrawal?

Folks,
I'm stuck in England without Lamictal, and haven't had any since Friday. Been on 200 mg. I feel TERRIBLE. Light-headed, unable to concentrate, depressed, stressed, chilled ... is this possibly from withdrawal from the Lamictal? I stopped cold-turkey and now I'm freaking out that I'm falling apart, will die, have brain damage, a seizure ... something. HELP!
