I don't know if it could be of much help to you, but white tea helps calm me (the l-theanine in it is why) and maybe you could try that. I drink a big cup/2 teabags and I do notice an effect. Exercise might help too. Deep breathing, even though it might sound too simple, does help. Those are the only non-medication options I can think of. Have you looked over on the alternative board? I hope you find some relief soon. HTH
