Best way to learn is through time, reason being individuals can be more sensative than others,so you really shouldent go out a eat a pizza because john doe can down one with pepporine and a beer, doesent work that way.
What is more true and to the point is you more likly will discover the list of NO-NO`S are few and far between what your worried of.
Best thing to do,and safest in my humble opinion is to try first to get the anti-dote calcium blocker prescribed so you can keep it on you.
Then adhere to the listed diet as strict as possable for approx 2 weeks or until you feel comfortable with Nardils effects, its onset etc, basicaly youll become familiar with its action.
THEN slowly beging to test the diet, finding what are your sensative No NO`S and what arent. Its a slow process but a SAFE one.Channces are slim youll be one of the few who are suspectable to the majority of the list.
To do otherwise,or for someone to recomend otherwise is irresponsable, this is so because the individual differance factor is already established to be REAL,as well as the REAL dangers of what can happen. No one is in a position to tell u what u will or wont react to,you will come across that on ur own,but again more importantly we can tell you how to try and handle it if it does happen.
Im on parnate,i found out quickly enough soy sauce and chinese food in general arent nice with parnate, other than that i can enjoy a pizza and occasional beer. However knowing for a fact people have reacted to cheese pizza i would never flat out tell someone pizza is safe.Good luck, and just take ur time.
