MT:

Cymbalta is a brand new drug that is similar in action to Effexor. It's a selective serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor, with a more balanced action than Effexor.

U'n'D

I've been taking it since last September, and it's helped a lot. It isn't working for me as monotherapy, but with Wellbutrin on board my depression is in remission, which has reduced my anxiety quite a bit. There are bits I don't like about it -- I do feel quite lethargic much of the time, for example -- but over all it seems to be doing me good, so I'll stick with it.

Hope that helps.
