Greetings!
I take 12.5mg of Zoloft, 40mg of Adderall XR, and .75mg of Clonazepam daily. I take the adderall/clonazepam for Fibromyalgia fatigue and poor concentration, but the clonazepam is to be tapered, and the Adderall feels like 30mg may be becoming more appropriate. We'll see. The Zoloft is there because I have such a busy life and its so good compared to where it was that I don't want to deal with any changes/withdrwal right now. I will however get to that last bit of Zoloft soon enough. I have no side effects at these dosages however.
Unless You're planning on finding a maintentance schedule that works for you, it is likely you will need to take meds. I found that after my initial series of 6 right unilaterals that I got about 3.5 months out of it. After that I went back to my old depressed self. Then I had 3 more right unilaterals and now maintain a schedule of 1x every 4 weeks. However, the plan is to keep stretching that out so that they are further and further apart. Right now...after about 6 weeks I start getting depressed again from the 1x per month schedule of low dose right unilateral.
